Absolutely rude and unprofessional, I hope he will get reported. Beware. If you want your medical records shown to others, he violates privacy and HIPPA. Doesn't study patient's case, not ordering labs to check kidneys function. Absolutely ZERO stars.

Dr. Dowd is the best! He performed a normal vasectomy on me and the whole process was so easy, painless, and stress free. And while the local lab screwed up and said I still had swimmers, Dr. Dowd reassured me that they were wrong and was correct. I highly recommend Dr. Dowd for his service and great demeanor.

This dr is very rude, arrogant, and has the worst bedside manners I've ever seen or experienced- and being in the medical field, I've been around many drs..We were referred to a specialist for a reason.. and I believe we would have got more resolved by seening one of my local physicans than we did him!! Excellent doctor. Down to earth! He’s a little rough around the edges but he’s an excellent doctor. He’s operated on me multiple times. Excellent patient service and very knowledgeable

Dr. Dowd is one of the coolest doctors you’ll ever have to deal with. Had an issue, got me in quick for a surgery and fixed it. He’s super nice and the office staff are great as well. Would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Dowd is a very down to earth doctor, caring and genuine. He is serious about testing prior to diagnosis. He found my early stage bladder cancer, performed surgery, and did subsequent treatment. Very good doctor. Great staff.
