Very straightforward and smart! I have used Dr. Robison since the 80s and he helped me with my Type I diabetes and referred me to the appropriate services offered so I could get an insulin pump which has added years to my life. I know have Stage 4 colon cancer and the portal makes it easy for me to talk with him. He answers usually within 30 minutes or less. I know my prognosis is terminal but I am pleased to have had the opportunity to have him as my doc for all of these years. He is still concerned about my conditions and we now can laugh about all of my maladies. A few years back he declared that he didn't think I would die from Type I any more! When my stage 4 colon cancer appeared out of nowhere the next time I had a visit I reminded him of his comment and said "yep, doc! I am not going to die from Type I any more but this dang colon cancer is something you should have mentioned!" We both laughed because you just have to when life hands you adversity - even if it is fatal!
