I'm so glad I got this survey!! Everyone, and I mean Everyone at this facility was awesome! The level of care and bedside manner that everyone displayed was perfect. They made me feel like they truly cared about what I was going through. From the receptionist, to the triage nurse and the care provider, they all showed genuine care and concern about my situation. The only thing that could have topped this visit, is to have never gotten sick in the first place! But if you're not feeling well, These are the people that you should come and see!! I want to thank all of the staff at Integrity for their care on yesterday! Thanks!!!!

They said my husband tested positive for Covid, but they would not give him anything. He has lung issues and uses oxygen and they would give him NOTHING to treat him and told him it is a virus and to call his doctor. Why in the world are you an urgent care facility if you aren’t able or are uncomfortable treating patients- AND on the weekend! Highly dissatisfied!

Decided to give this place a try. The office was very nice and clean inside, front desk staff was great and friendly. I went because I needed some relief and was told by the provider to keep taking what I was already taking ( despite it not working for a week) and sent a prescription for what I already had at home. Did not listen to concerns well, or background. Will not be a patient of theirs again. Thank you for wasting my time and money. The only reason I gave two stars was because of attentive front desk!
