I for one think they are the best!! I've never had a bad visit!! Everyone is kind and caring. Would recommend!!
I really like Dr. Schultz, she is very nice and kind and I had been to 3 different neurologist and none could tell me what was wrong but right away she diagnosed what was wrong with me, thank you so much.
Everyone was cordial, knowledgeable, attentive to our needs. Good information given and appointment for MRI set. Thank you for making me feel comfortable.
Dr Schultz was welcoming and gave thoughtful info & feedback. She gave my wife & I a concise description of what she felt was happening with me.
I just love Dr Schultz . She us soo nice and super caring. Wonderful caring beside manner . Super smart a great dr. All around
She is the only neurologist here in WF that truly understands Alzheimers. There aren’t enough stars for her and entire office!! Love her
Office staff is rude. She orders test and then refuses to treat you if the results mean more work for her. Spent 2 yrs ignoring tremors. Her neglect resulted in some extreme resolutions.
I've been with her since 2008 and to this day im still with her to this day. She's always listened to my concerns and has always been there for me. I definitely recommend her.
I was given a 4-month sample pack of drugs with different colored pills in the pack by the nurse practitioner with a note to take the pink pills only and to call her when i finished - all written on a note. After I called, the nurse practioner called & left me a message saying "I told you to take the pink & blue pills then call me". We were having bad weather that day & she said they were leaving in a few minutes, but to leave a message with the answering service - they would be checking messages. NO, that's not what you said. I have the note to prove it. And the answering service wouldn't take a message! I waited until the office opened back up & told them we need pre-authorization for my RX. I waited a couple days & talked to the pharmacy- no RX. Pharmacy resent it to doctor & i called doctor again. Got answering service. Dr. Schultz called & said she called it in. The next day Stacy, nurse, left message that i need pre authorization. I called the insurance company & they sent doctors office a request form. Still no RX. A week passes, i called Stacy & was told they need a copy of my new insurance card to send everything to the pharmacy. I asked why didn't someone call me - she claimed she did 4 times! WRONG AGAIN! I also asked if i could just give them the info on my insurance card & copy it next time i came in? They said no - the pharmacy may ask for certain info. I explained the pharmacy has been filling rx's since January on this insurance. THEY WERE JUST MAKING THINGS DIFFICULT. MIND YOU, THEY ALREADY HAD A COPY OF THIS CARD FROM A PREVIOUS VISIT - BUT THEY HAD NO RECORD OF IT. So i took them a copy on that Friday morning. No rx all weekend! No rx Monday! I called Tuesday and asked if Stacy was just being spiteful. Sonya said no. She said they didnt have a pre-auth form until this morning. REALLY! They knew Friday when i came in with the card copy that's what was needed! If they didnt have one; why not CALL THE PHARMACY OR THE INSURANCE COMPANY! Why must i have to do all the calling! I just want to be the oatient - not the nurse, receptionist, pharmacist or doctor! That's actually their JOB. As i was talking to Sonya, she said "i dont have to be talked to like this". I said what are you talking about? Oh i guess your wanting everyone there to think im yelling or cussing at you and she hung up! My point is your employees can completely ruin your business! Stacy, while I've never seen her, is probably a lazy millennial who thinks she can say or do what she wants without consequences. I've NEVER had an incident before with anyone in the office. I've been going there for 16 years. Dr. Schultz is a nice lady, but I've never been overly impressed with her as a Neurologist. I've had my disease for over 21 years and I'm on maintenance meds. How hard is that. I would NOT recommend going to this office unless you have migraines. That's about all she's good at.
I have been seeing Dr. Shultz since 2018, she is positively amazing. My daughter seen her during her pregnancies and absloved her.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
