I had back pain for years and I went to many doctors over the years, took different meds and had the shots in my back for pain. I finally knew that something had to be done. It was limiting my life in so many ways. I went to see Dr. Arakal and we scheduled surgery for the next month. I had the surgery and within 2 weeks we had to do another surgery. The second surgery was a complete success and I am doing really well. getting stronger every week and beginning to enjoy my life again. He is a fantastic doctor and I highly recommend him.

Dr Arakal saved my mother-in-law's life. My mother-in-law had neck and lower back problems, She couldn't walk with low back pain. DR Arakal suggested that the neck operated before the lower back . I think this suggestion is very correct and professional, because if the neck is really bad condition even though she is not hurting. If somethings go wrong with the neck . will be permanently disabled . After the operation, my mother-in-law feels the neck has greatly improved and will operate on the lower back in three months. We are so glad to meet him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Arakal's for 2 years. I had an unresolved back injury in addition to severe degenerative spinal arthritis that was affecting the feeling in my legs. In late 2019 Dr. Arakal performed a 360 degree lumbar fusion which includes 2 surgeries (anterior and posterior). Despite the extensive and intricate nature of these surgeries together I had no complications and have recovered well. Dr. Arakal is not only an extremely talented surgeon, but is kind and understanding. I understood exactly what was going to be completed in my surgery and what to expect during my recovery. This was thanks to Dr. Arakal who answered all of my questions including reviewing my MRI to show me the extent of the severe diffuse stenosis in my lumbar spine and how he would correct it during surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Arakal and his entire team in the office, the hospital, rehab, and ancillary medical support. They were all exceptional.

Dr. Arakal helped me back to walking normal again. I was loosing use in my right leg. Dr. Arakal did a 360 procedure spacing my spine back into place after it collapsed after an auto accident. He is very professional and personable. I highly recommend.

Dr. Arakal, has been an incredible doctor and surgeon. After years of dealing with increased pain and loss of mobility I was referred to Dr. Arakal. After more than a year and two surgeries to my lower back and neck I have received and am continuing to receive pain relief and increased mobility. At one point, because of a sudden change in my prognosis Dr. Arakal, worked through the weekend to do surgery. He had to deal with the insurance company who had originally denied the surgery and schedule other health care professionals to volunteer to do this surgery over the weekend. Dr. Arakal, has been unflinching, steady, confident, and thorough. He relayed these qualities and concerns to my family as well. Everyone I have come into contact with has sang Dr. Arakal's praises and encouraged me to know that I had the very best. Thank You, Dr. Arakal.

Amazing Doctor he help me to resume my life. I had three discs in my neck that were displaced he repaired them. I was back home in a day and a half I don’t know how to thank him enough I would recommend him to family and friends thank you Dr Arakal William Smith
