Very prompt attention on a Sunday afternoon with bad weather rolling in. I was pleased with how quickly I was given a diagnosis and spoke with a very knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner. 3rd visit to Premier since last summer and will continue to trust.

Great experience. Got me in quickly. Not a burden of paperwork. Front desk nice and helpful. Nurse was patient. Doc was great. Took his time. Asked good questions. Got my RXs out right away. Explained reasons why I would need to return. Things to watch for. Liked him. Kind man.

Barely looked at and incorrectly diagnosed. Doctor called in meds to wrong pharmacy after I was assured it was being called into the one I asked for. Front desk staff made me verbally tell her my name, birthday and social in front of everyone in the lobby. Then when I tried to discreetly speak my social she asks me to repeat the last 4. Then proceds to have me fill out a patient form.......?.......2 stars for the staff friendliness but this was nothing but a waste of time and money this visit.

Everyone was super nice, well informed and wait time was nil. I felt very confident in the doctors diagnosis and the way he checked my leg for blood clots and flow

The nurse was rude and dismissive. She did not ask if I need anything. She didn’t even offer me a pillow for the bed after she saw me laying down. The doctor was fantastic. He took his time answering all these questions. It was very helpful. Sadly I’m still in pain

The staff was professional, reassuring, and helpful when I brought my young daughter in for a late-night visit. The nurse who took my daughter's vitals was especially kind, and engaged her in conversation to help alleviate her concerns, and talked to her about her favorite Disney characters. The doctor was quick and efficient, and ensured the medication we needed was sent to a 24-hr pharmacy to be filled that night. The only thing that I think may have been improved upon was the amount of time we spent waiting in the consultation room, but that was pretty much on par with every other urgent care I've been to. Great team!

Needed prompt medical care over the weekend so seeing my PCP was not a good option and I didn’t want the hassle and a long wait of going to a traditional hospital ER. At Premier ER, I experienced a prompt and very courteous check in process. Once in exam room, technician and nurse was prompt and professional; they listened intently to my symptoms/ concerns. Saw Dr James. He was also very professional/knowledgeable; listened to my concerns courteously. He suggested a treatment for my problem and performed it flawlessly. I’m hoping for a quick recovery. I would highly recommend Premier ER & Urgent Care. Much better than going to a large hospital ER.
