Rude, Unprofessional staff. Customer service is horrible. Staff kept looking at us as if we were bothering the.. Went to the location, there was nobody in sight, I said "Hello", a staff member came from around back rolled her eyes and asked if we had an appointment, I explained to her our situation and that the doctor told us to come in anytime no appointment needed. she told us that the receptionist isn't here to check us in , that she went to lunch. I explained to her why we were there AGAIN, then few more staff members came from the back and took over. It almost felt as if we as Patients were interrupting their lunch hour, which ofcourse we aren't aware of the time staff goes to lunch.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Care Now urgent care in Wylie, TX , and I must say that my experience was nothing short of excellent. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the friendly staff, setting the tone for a positive visit. First and foremost, the medical professionals at Care Now are truly outstanding. From the receptionists to the doctors, everyone demonstrated a remarkable level of expertise, compassion, and attentiveness. The doctors took the time to listen attentively to my concerns and provided thorough explanations of my condition and treatment options. Their knowledge and ability to communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner was truly impressive. Whether you require urgent care or routine medical services, you can trust that Care Now will exceed your expectations. Kudos to the entire team for their outstanding commitment to patient care!

The place looks great, except for not having a working bathroom, The receptionist did great looked me up new I was a first time longtime person I was checked in and assessed within a minutes doctor came in got an X-ray bak to doctor and out! It’s a beautiful thing thanks guys, I hopefully won’t be bak soon lol
