I am extremely disappointed in the lack of urgency your scammy practice had provided. You guys weren’t able to help with a head injury. There was absolutely no urgency in understanding what was going on with my mother. Instead of offering assistance, the front desk lady was asking for payment before anything was even done. The front desk lady started asking us if we wanted to see maybe a nurse instead of a doctor who was on break. I think the obvious answer for someone who had fallen and hit their head on concrete was to see someone/anyone ASAP. Please do better. I think that the lack of professionalism here warrants this review and disappointment. We’re truly lucky it wasn’t anything worse. But rest assured, we will make it our goal to let others know of how awful this experience at Heal 360 was.

I made an appointment on2/22 for3/10 @ 9am. I showed up around 8:45 am and they told me I didn’t have an appointment. I got several messages confirming appointment (text and emails). What a crappy place! They wasted my time

The Dr’s / nurses and staff were great. I was promised a call within 2 hours with my results it has been 2 1/2 hours and I have not heard a thing

Second time trying this place. Not happy at all. Made an appointment with them for 1pm. Got here at 12:57 they we turning people away saying they didn't open until 1:30, told them I had an appointment at 1 so they went ahead and let us in to get checked in but then said the doctors wouldn't be back until 1:30 but that since we had an appointment we were priority over walk-ins. They finally start calling people back, first two patients they called back were walk-ins(we were here before both). After being there for over an hour we still hadn't seen a doctor. I gave them benefit of a doubt after the first visit because they were a new location, that was 8 months ago. There was no excuse for things to be so inefficient this time. I do not recommend this place unless you literally have nowhere else to go. Last resort.
