Went here for the first time and I am SO thankful someone referred this urgent care to me. NO ONE would see my daughter for her ears hurting, and I explained she has been hurting for days and I couldn’t get in anywhere. Urgent Care for Kids in Plano turned us away. They wouldn’t take kids who didn’t have high fever or unless they had an injury, Care Now in Plano turned us away, the male receptionist was very cold and had no compassion when speaking to him. Thank God my friend who lives in Wylie told me about Nite Hawk!!! They were super nice over the phone and in person! They told me they would see her to bring her in and when we got there they immediately gave her stickers and offered her a juice to drink while she waited to be called back. The walk-in wait time was not long at all either. I’m very happy with this place and so glad they were able to treat my daughter!

Disappointing experience! My 4 year old with fever and vomiting was turned away after I was asked if she had been possibly exposed to Covid. Was told I needed to do a televisit with doctor first and of course he had no more times available. Who turns away a sick child?!! Turned out my kid had strep.

Friendly staff, but be aware that the "no appt necessary" for COVID testing is for pediatric patients only. All other walk-ins require an appointment.

We had to come if on Christmas Day and where I’m sad there are some who work on Christmas Day we were SOOO grateful you were available to help us out!

I’ve never had a bad experience at Nighthawk. They are always super caring, thorough and efficient. Today (Christmas Eve), closing time, they went above and beyond. Highly recommend and wish they had locations in every town!

I can't say enough good thinga about this place! It was amazing and Im so glad we went here to make sure my son was taken care of! The staff were so friendly and caring..from the front desk to the nurse and dr. Dr. McDonald was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable, caring, and patient! This is a gem of a place that truly specializes in pediatrics! This is by far the best after hours urgent care place for the kiddos! We will deifnately come back if needed in tje future for our pedicatric needs! Thank you to the entire staff for taking great care of us!
