List of Granger Medical Clinic's Reviews
I had to wait in for a bit in the waiting room, which is why 4* instead of 5. However, once I got back into the exam room, everything was great. The PA-C, Bradley Burton was extremely helpful and had several options for me to consider.
This was literally the worst experience I’ve ever had in a doctors office. I was referred by an ER doctor. The doctor I was told I was scheduled with didn’t even meet with me, I met with the NP in the office. They told me to be 10-15 min early, and I was, and it was a total wait time of an hour and 15 min just to get into a room in the back. The people in this office were unfriendly and it was overall just an awful experience.
I was very pleased with the staff there and the dr Bradley was really good in answering all my questions and generally concerned about my feelings. Would highly recommend dr Bradley
Had to wait for over an hour in the waiting room and an additional 20 minutes in the room before I saw the doctor. The office and doctors are nice but the scheduling is absolutely awful. The office only had one receptionist checking patients in and there was a long line. In addition to poor scheduling, they are understaffed as well....
No problems and quick. May be a difference between the Doctor and the PA?? I swear the doc said only yearly and the PA says every 6 months???
The Dr.'s and nurses are fine here, but the secretary's are ridiculous! I called because I have kidney stones and get them often. For someone to tell me that it takes up to 45 days for a stone to pass is absolute non-sense! Nobody in their right mind is going to be in kidney stone pain for 45 days. Especially since stones don't cause pain until they are actually outside the kidney's. Do you know what kind of damage can be done in 45 days? You need to educate your people or get new ones.
If this review was for Dr. Henderson alone it would be 5+ stars. He was absolutely wonderful. The staff however is chaotic and no one ever has an answer for any questions. They also don’t seem to know how to get pre authorizations for referrals in a timely manner. After leaving several messages and repeatedly getting the message that someone would return my call within 24 hours I never once got a return call. I myself have been a healthcare professional for over 20 years and this is no way to treat people dealing with health issues.
Short wait time. Professional and informative visit
Jonathon was nice, but I would rather talk to Dr Calhoun.
I had an appointment with a PA. I waited over an hour. The staff is chaotic. My name is Shirl LeBaron.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
