Granbury is a small town so I work about 100 miles away. I decided to use Dr. Arbabi because she is right across from the hospital and one of the few female OBGYNs in our town. During my pregnancy, she scheduled the typical monthly visits. I would leave work early to attend this visits and on 4 different occasions Dr. Arbabi cancelled the appointments without notifying me. That's 4 times in 1 pregnancy. I drove 400 miles and missed 4 half days because of a lack of communication. Despite all this, the most troubling account is that Dr. Arbabi was at my initial visit and never again until 8 1/2 months. I did not feel close to my doctor and felt like simply a dollar amount. After the birth, I never heard from her again. I will never recommend Dr. Arbabi to anyone. Honestly, look here and on healthgrades.com. She is the worst reviewed Dr. in Granbury. Beware!

These people are absolutely the worst I've ever dealt with regarding returning calls and following up on things such as rescheduling crucial diagnostic procedures. On repeated occasions, I called this office and left messages for a return phone call from someone, anyone...and finally got a call back two months later. I also couldn't quite shake the feeling that I was getting shaken down for as much as I had in my pocket to pay for the Italian villa doctor's office with 15 feet ceilings and hand-painted frescos on the wall...just a little bit to much decor and not quite enough customer service as far as I'm concerned. zero stars.

would not recommend this office. staff lost paperwork, put my info. in wrong dr's file and miscoded well visit, causing unnecessary billing.

Dr.Arbabi doesnt undetstand that for many women pregnancy is new for them; i cant ask her any questions without her making me feel stupid for asking them. She has a HORRIBLE bedside mannor! shes just plain rude most of the time!

Test results were suppose to take a week and after 2 weeks I started calling for them leaving messages once a week for over a month asking about the results, with no response until a month and a half after. Then after that I got a bill saying my insurance wouldnt pay. Billing had given me nothing but problems. Would not submit proper ICD-9 codes for ins. to pay it's part.

This is the worst doctor ever!!! I'm 18 and not married and she treated me horrible and judged me because I'm younger. When I asked questions she got irritated because I am a first time parent and didn't know anything.
