I am grateful for Dr. Wendt and the nurses at Revere Surgical Center. I received exceptional care while having a major surgery in August. Not only was the surgery successful (with Dr.Wendt proving to be an excellent surgeon) but Dr Wendt and the nurses went above and beyond in assuring I had excellent post-surgical nursing care until I was sufficiently recovered and able to go home. ( Nurse MELANIE was especially wonderful!!) Since that time I am happy to have healed quickly and with minimal pain and scarring.

The physician had a horrible bedside manner. Zero follow-up or response to concerns with test results. No information on test results just uploaded as inconclusive. Do not waste your time. Side note: reception staff was lovely.

I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and my bowel prep instructions gave contradicting dosing information. I called to clarify and the first person I talked to was very confused but told me to take the higher dose, I pressed and she transferred me to another person who confidently told me to take the higher dose. I still felt unsettled (because other colonoscopy prep instructions from different clinics said differently), so I called back and a third person confidently told me to take the higher dose. I pressed further and she then said she would go ask a nurse. The nurse said definitely take the LOWER dose. If I hadn't pressed so hard and talked to 4 different people I would have taken DOUBLE the amount of bowel prep meds needed. Medication dosing should not be guessed.

I absolutely will not use Revere Health again. I visited their office in American Fork over 2 years ago. As it was my first visit to this office I filled out all the usual new patient paperwork. Five months later I got a call from collections because we had never paid our bill. I had NEVER received a bill! I asked what address the bills were sent to and they gave me an address I hadn't lived at for 7 years in a completely different part of the state. They also were using the out of date insurance information!! I gave collections my updated information and they said they would update the account and get it taken care of. I didn't hear anything again until March 2023. The insurance claim STILL wasn't processed correctly and now they are saying I owe 9 times more than I would have if it were done correctly. Don't ask me why collections didn't contact me for a year and a half with an update. I spoke with Revere Health and asked them to withdraw the account from collections so that it can be processed through insurance but they are refusing AND they are still using outdated information for me even though I requested it be updated. It never would have been sent to collections in the first place if they had done their job correctly!! They refuse to take any responsibility though. My sister said she's had the exact same problem with Revere Health TWICE!! Avoid them at all costs if you can!

Dr Wentz is great! He is kind and informative. Revere Health is quick to respond to messages and they are quick to post results, notes, etc on their patient portal. I highly recommend Revere Health OBGYN and Dr Wentz!
