Robert Aagard's Online Review Report Card

Saw him at around 23 weeks pregnant; he seemed confused and didn't seem to know what was on my chart (first insisting I could have the glucose test at the practice, then realizing after I told him I was rh-negative that, no, I'd need to have it done at the hospital the same time as my RhoGAM shot). When I lamented having to go to the hospital for any of it, he remarked, "well, if you don't want to have to go to the hospital, you should find yourself a husband who isn't rh-positive." Um, excuse me?! I had issues aplenty with this practice, but this was the last straw.

I recently had a visit with Dr. Aagard for severe pain I was experiencing in my uterus, unexplainable cramping, stabbing pains in my ovaries and off cycle bleeding. He had a lack of concern about my pain and told me my uterus and ovaries felt fine, which to him i'm sure they did but knowing my body and what feels normal I know something is not right. He made me feel like I was wasting his time being there because I was just bleeding and shouldn't be concerned about it. To finish off my less than pleasant visit he told me that if I was tired of bleeding I (a 20 year old, single, broke college student) could 'just get pregnant' and that would stop my bleeding for nine months. This was less than professional of him, and I will not be going back.

Dr. Aagard filled me in with all my concerns such an amazing man, probably an amazing husband, such a sexy boy!

He spent time explaining things and was very kind and compassionate!

I had muy baby last year (first baby) and since the beggining of my pregnancy started to go to this office. During my whole pregnancy I didn't had an doctor "assigned" (my decision) and didn't not have any problem with it. In the last weeks of my pregnancy I got a really bad rush and my whole body was itchy, went to the emergency room one night bc I couldn't handle it anymore and they though I got the "PPUPS", when I had my check up app with Dr. Aagard that week he sent me right away to take some blood tests just to check what was going on with my body (he already kinda know what I got but it wasn't the PPUPS), in advance he told me what would happen if the tests were positive -and yes, he was right! He "prepared everything" so they induced me to labor within the same week, I have nothing than a excellent opinion for Dr. Aagard (maybe it would be the same case with a diff physician if I had my app with another doctor -who knows!) But he really knows his field of work! .... And for the clinic inever have any problem wit it, they were always helping us in everything they could. If i still in Utah and having another baby probably I still going to this clinic!

I really liked the doctors I met with, but their office management (especially regarding scheduling and managing appt availabilities) and their billing department are the worst I have ever had to work with. They were awful! I could go on and on about why, but I don't feel like writing a novel.

One of the best OBGYN's you'll ever find. He is personable and extremely skilled. I have nothing but good things to say about him.

I addressed several concerns about the baby, which were brushed off. Got condescending answers to my questions.

I could not believe how thorough the doctors were and how friendly. I think this place is really nice.
