Tyson Jones's Online Review Report Card

I absolutely love the Dr. Jones and staff. I have been taking my kids there for 4.5 years and I have always had great experiences. He has a great bedside manner and is knowledgeable and trustworthy. He is also a father so he understands the parent perspective. The nurses and receptionists have always been very kind as well. I always feel like I can call with any question.

I thought all doctors cared for patients. I find this not to be true with Dr. Jones. My daughter recently had brain surgery in Oregon for Hydrocephalus. We needed a doctor when we move to Utah. Dr. Jones has denied taking care of my daughter because he does not want to resect my wishes and choices as a parent. Way to go Dr. Jones you have shown me, and hopefully all others that read this, your true colors today.

Can’t say enough good about Dr. Jones and his nurse Darlene. When I call with a nursing question Darlene always gets right back to me. My baby needed 2 years of Synagis and they went to bat for me to get it approved with my insurance. Dr. Jones is thorough with all of my questions and he’s so good with the kids. I have 5 kids and they all feel safe and trust him. He can offer up a quick joke to make them laugh and distract while they’re getting a wart burned off. He has helped me with finding and working with specialists (cardiology, ENT) for my baby with Down syndrome. When I can’t get through to cardiology with a question (primary children’s phone tree is the biggest headache!) he has called in and gotten through for me. And finally, he’s able to make the call when anything is serious to send me to primary children’s. We were debating about taking our baby into primary children’s when she was sick and he urged us to go. After we got there she really tanked and I feel like he is a big part of the reason why she is still here with us today. You really want this medical team on your side - there’s no one better!

Dr Jones is THE BEST. He is so gentle with the little ones and does not make parents feel incompetent. I am always greeted with a warm welcome and he is so good at giving you what YOU want for your child. We are on a delayed vaccination schedule and he is so respectful of that choice. My son loves seeing him, he talks and dr Jones listens (even though it’s not recognizable). We’ve only been with dr Jones a year but we will be bringing our kids to him for as long as we live in Utah. Update: I was out of town and my sons grandmother had to take him to his appointment. Dr Jones and his team was STILL very respectful of MY WISHES. Which is big. Great Doctor. Great team. They care.

Dr. Jones and his staff is amazing. I am a Nurse Practitioner and I can't believe the time and concern Dr. Jones gives to each of my children. He is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manor. I ended up seeing Dr. Jones after my other pediatrician retired and I am so happy we found another amazing doctor. Couldn't recommend anyone better. His Nurse Darlene is also fantastic. She was my nurse when I was a child and still to this day I love her.

Dr. Jones and his staff are always incredible! Every time we are seen, I feel as though my concerns for my child are validated and addressed with respect and sincere desire for the well-being of my baby. They desire to provide great healthcare and always deliver. They’ve helped us through rough times and exciting milestones! I genuinely hope each parent and child can find a pediatrician as devoted and invested as Dr. Jones and his incredible staff! Thank you for giving me peace of mind Dr. Jones and Nurse Darlene!
