I have been rebuffed simple answers to quick questions. The receptionist staff wether answering phone calls or in person are seeming to turn into those lovely ladies at other hospitals that have their nose turned up short answers that dont even answer a question. Its starting to get a bit unnerving to see that they choose to be short rude and ask questions but cant give out the right information.

They are absolutely rude all the natives in there are rude and disrespectful!!! Refusing service to an elderly with a lung disease makes you guys look real bad.

I'm a FT traveler called for my 2ND shingles shot. Receptionist transfered me to an RN. Of course I had to leave a message at 10am. After 3 days no call from RN.Very poor customer service. Go somewhere else.

I am a single mother and my daughter was sick. I called the clinic to let them know I was running a little late. I was three minutes late and they cancelled my appointment because the next appointment showed up. My daughter had been puking all morning and me trying to get her ready and out the door on time was a bit of a challenge. And the women who told me was rude and didnt seem to care.

Beautiful clinic, wonderful staff, & helpful clinicians that always make my needs feel met. The clinic encompasses dental, pharmacy, & vision in one building which is extremely convenient. Very impressive!

Been going here since it opened always great. Occasional staff won't smile or laugh at jokes but everyone is human, so still always do their job well!
