Dr Kermans is great

Dr. Kernan is the best! She has always shown compassion and caring whenever me or my sons have seen her. She is very smart and makes you feel comfortable no matter what. She has been my Dr. for a number of years and i will never find a better Dr. than she has been.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr.Kernan. She has such an amazing bedside manner. She genuinely cares for her patients. She is knowledgeable and listens to concerns without judgement. She is an absolutely wonderful person and physician.

Ashley Kernan is simply the best!!! Please reward her with a margarita, a kitten, or something else that's really swell!

I usually loved going to see Dr. Kernan, but this past year and a half, I have had a very different experience. I have to wait to get a surgery in 2022 that my family practice doctor recommended in the summer of 2020. I scheduled my first appt. in Sept 2020 for Feb. 2021. For my appt. in Feb, I was sick with Covid and needed to reschedule. That appt. was pushed all the way to Dec. 30th, 2021. I got a call on 11.24.2021 that she was not going to be available to do the surgery before the end of the year, so I got handed off to a new IHC Doctor I've never seen before. This will most likely result in pushing my surgery even further out into 2022. I'm just really disappointed. Don't schedule that far out in advance if you can't guarantee the service. People wait to see Doctors for important health reasons. To wait a year and a half AFTER my doctor recommended the surgery is too long. I think I will leave IHC and go to Cope Family medicine after this experience.

I absolutely love Dr. Kernan! She has been my Dr. for several years. I moved about a half hour away from her office and I still choose to make the drive because of how well she has treated me. She has always made me feel validated in any question or concern I've had.

She really cares about her patients. She makes time for you even with a busy schedule.

Dr Kernan is just the best. She's super personable and easy to talk to. More importantly, she's a great doctor and I always trust her judgement. She's never not believed me or made me feel stupid like you can get with some doctors.

Dr. Kernan always takes her time to make you feel comfortable and listen to you. She really is an advocate for patients and is cost conscious.

The doctor seems to care, seems to live her job, want to help patients but there is so much disconnect when it comes to getting prescription requirements met and the problem usually lies with her or her staff. Sooooo frustrating when your daughter needs an antidepressant medication, goes through horrible withdrawals if she doesn't have it, yet the doctor can't or won't straighten it out with the insurance company. Then the staff claims it's all worked out only to find out YET AGAIN ,, IT ISNT. This has happened so many times with this doctor that she needs to take responsibility. People's medications need to be a TOP priority!!! They can literally mean live or die to some people.
