Dr. Stock both listened and asked questions and thankfully really wanted to help me even though I have multiple issues and we don’t yet know what will best help me. He’s willing to work with me to find that out. He’s conscientious, caring, and thorough.

While Dr. Stock is a good doctor the clinic’s system for dealing with patients and the disconnect with communication is poor and cold. You get shuffled through unfriendly, unhelpful automated systems that guarantee you’ll be making lots of follow up calls trying to get to a live person who may then not be very helpful either. The system for RX refills etc is terrible!

Dr. Brian Wilcox was completely amazing. He heard my voice, asked to 2-3 simple questions and immediately knew that he needed to scope my voice box. I was very impressed with him and his knowledge. He has an excellent bedside manner and is quick to smile. I felt totally comfortable and taken care of.
