Dr Kasteler & his Medical Assistant Amelia are 2 of the finest people, let alone Medical professionals. Dr Kasteler makes my appointment feel like we are sitting in a trusted space. His demeanor from start to finish is lighthearted, compassionate, so fun, and he ALWAYS keeps it real. He listens, not with the intent to REPLY but to validate. I love him and his office. I will never change

The girls at the front desk were a little abrupt but they were extremely busy. I did get taken back to get my shot fairly rapidly which I appreciated. The MA that actually administered the vaccine was nice but extremely rough. She jabbed the needle in so hard that I jerked and actually said, "Ow" out loud. Her comment to me was, Oh, sometimes we hit a nerve." I currently have a bruise there. This was my 4th COVID vaccine and I have never had another one or any other vaccine hurt like that. I would never have that person give me another shot again.
