Fantastic! I am 6 months out of surgery. The process of recovery went exactly as discussed by Dr. Hickman. I am able to do anything I want to when I want to free of pain with complete mobility. Steps of healing process: 1. What did I do? 2. Maybe it will be okay 3. Man I am happy I did this

I have found this group has poor communication with pts after surgery. Seems either too busy to give appropriate attention, or doesn't care, even when complications were present. Whatever the reason, it's disappointing. Physical Therapist sought to get more information on a complicated case, was brushed off with no information provided. Would not recommend this group.

Dr. Hickman and his staff are great! Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. This is my second knee replacement with Dr. Hickman. I am moving out of the country and knew I had to make time before I left. He did such a great job on my right knee in 2016.

Dr. Hickman is AMAZING. He truly cares about his patients and takes the time to develop a relationship so he can better understand/relate to the individual. He replaced my right hip on 18 July and have experienced ZERO issue. His attention to detail is FABULOUS as both legs are the exact length which is extremely important. Yes, I had swelling and discomfort as that is expected with major surgery. Within two weeks I was able to walk, ride a bicycle and motorcycle. I highly recommend Dr. Hickman for any medical or surgery requirements a person is experiencing.

Dr Hickman is a great orthopedic, and has great bedside manners. I've had both my knees replaced and Dr. Hickman did the last one. I had a much better experience with him as the surgeon and healing was much better and quicker. I highly recommended Dr. Hickman.

Dr. Hickman performed hip replacement surgery on my right hip three weeks ago. This procedure changed my life. I was walking the very day of surgery. Certainly.....I experienced some degree of swelling & stiffness. But, this improves daily. I walk and work without pain now. Dr. Hickman & his staff have been amazing.

I was in so much pain, it hurt to walk, sitting was uncomfortable and couldn't sleep because my hip hurt so bad. Went to Dr. Hickman's office, and x-ray showed that my hip was really bad and Dr Hickman was confident that he told me he can fix it. Had surgery done and I'm so glad I got it done. It is so nice to finally to be able to walk, hike, sit and get good sleep by being pain free. Many thanks to Dr Hickman and they're friendly staff.

Dr. Hickman and his staff are friendly and kind. I am very happy with the results of my surgery and for the support I received from the during my recovery. Someone was available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had.

I had my knee replaced by Dr Hickman. He was overly cautious when then was the slightest possibility that I might have an infection and put me on antibiotics even though I may not have needed them. I am grateful for that as I would rather take a few pills than have an infected joint. His PA-C on the other hand I was disappointed in because I specifically told them I was allergic to adhesives and what I woke up to was a glued shut knee with this great big adhesive strip on it that I had an allergic reaction to. Couldn’t get them to listen to me so I peeled it off myself. I also was put on a blood thinner that was causing me hives all over my face but the PA kept saying that it couldn’t be that drug because no one has ever had a reaction to it before. Well guess there is always a first because it was that drug and as soon as I stopped it everything got better. Great surgeon but PA didn’t listen to my concerns or take me serious.

I recently had two total knee replacements approximately eight weeks apart. Dr. Hickman and his team performed both surgeries. Although I am still completing the healing process, I am very happy with the results and feel very fortunate to have chosen Dr. Hickman. He and his team were very professional, positive, and kind as I was going through this process. They explained and showed me what to expect through each step of the process. They were very responsive to address any concern I had. I have several friends that have recently had the same surgery, one in California and one in Utah Valley. While comparing our knee replacement experiences, I feel I had the best results and care.
