List of Ralph D Wade Do's Reviews
In my opinion, there is no care here. Seems to be a total lack of humanity. Zero stars if possible. Would not recommend.
He very good and helps get to the bottom of what wrong . Iv had him for 22 years he excellent Doctor
Dr. Wade's office misdiagnosed cancer, which is a painful mistake. I went to this office for 8 years. I was disappointed many times by the long wait times and slow response time to phone calls I made about my care. When my children were diagnosed with Swine flu in 2009, their pediatrician recommended that my husband and I contact our physicians to prescribe anti-viral medication so that we could stay well and care for our sick kids. My husband's doctor did this without delay. Dr. Wade's office took days to return my call and then told me I could not get any medicine until I was symptomatic. No help there. The reason I finally left the practice was when Sandra removed a small bump on my lip by freezing it off (like a wart). I had asked her what it was at my annual physical, if I needed it biopsied, and if it could be removed--she just froze it off and told me it was nothing to worry about. It grew back within 18 months, much larger, and was diagnosed properly as basal cell carcinoma by a dermatologist. I now have 20 stitches and a 3 inch-long scar across my face. I am hopeful that it will heal without too much disfigurement, but this could have been a much smaller scar and less pain had she had the spot biopsied. I am not posting this comment to complain, but to warn others of the mistake it would be to go to this office. I really like Sandra as a person and she has a wonderful bedside manner, but none of this mattered when I heard "you have cancer" about a spot she misdiagnosed. I am just lucky it was basal cell and not malignant melanoma.
I love my lipo. It is a life changer. I love my shape. Dr Wade is great.
Dr. Wade has been my family medicine Dr for over 25 years. I and my family have received only the highest quality of care from both he and his staff.
I have been seeing Dr. Wade for more than 20 years and I appreciate his helpfulness and concern. Sandra is great.
I have been seeing dr. Wade for over 20 years. He delivered my 16 year old (not his specialty and no longer does that), has saved my life when the hospital sent me back 5 times (appendix burst) and always treats me with care and concern. Sandra is outstanding as well. I love that he is always saving me money with samples and doesn't just prescribe medicine right off the bat. I am a wimp, so when he walked by me as I was having my blood drawn, he grabbed my hand until it was done and my appointment wasn't even with him. He just noticed I was uncomfortable and held my hand. He treats me and my children and will continue to.
I have been going to Wade Family Medicine since Dr. Taylor practiced there, since he left, I have not had one good experience with the staff there. I have always had to wait over an hour after my scheduled appointment. There are hidden fees that they don't tell you about dispite asking before any additional testing takes place. I had an unexplained charge that no one could explain to me, so I asked them to remove it after weeks of not being able to tell me what it was for. Instead of being helpful they said if I didn't pay it I could take all of my questions to the collections agency. Mardine Jeffs is absolutely horrible. You'll be better off telling a wall what's wrong with you. The staff is impersonal and gossip about patients within earshot of the exam rooms where other patients are waiting. I wouldn't recommend going here to anyone. I will certainly never go back and it's unfortunate, because I have been going here for over 5 years. The blonde office lady always seems like someone peed in her Cheerios. It's probably just the atmosphere. She either hates her job or all of humanity.
Dr. Wade has been seeing my mom for years, and I had the opportunity to take her to the doctors the other day and I met Ralph Wade. I have worked in the medical field for 15 years and I have NEVER in 15 years seen a Physician with such a horrible "bed side manner!" He was rude right from the beginning of the appointment, arguing with my mother whether or not she was late for her appointment. He was so unpleasant he made my mother feel uncomfortable to where she couldn't address her concerns. It seemed to me he didn't have any idea about my mothers medical condition, in fact he has been prescribing her a narcotic for over twenty years, and he thought he was treating her for something other then what he was??? and argued with my mother about it? Because he pays such great attention to his patients, my mother currently just found out she has Stage 3 Kidney disease. NO PHONE CALL or anything from Ralph Wade, she just got a message from the front desk to make an appointment with this Nephrologist, that's it!!!! WHAT A JOKE, really people there are to many doctors out there that enjoy their careers and patients, don't waste your time with this a@# hole!!!
For 30 years I was happy having Dr.Taylor as our family doctor, then he retires. Dr. Taylor started me (70) on Simvastatin for cholestrol about 6 mths before he retired. So far my lab charts are great, everything in order, bad cholestrol better at 210. Mardien (PA) wants to see me EVERY SIX months now, first said it was Select Health policy. I called S.H. and they said NO, not them. Then Mardien changes her story to "well we want it because your readings are bad," (after telling me how good they were 6 mths ago.) $500 lab charges out of pocket, I object to that twice a year. That's an extra $40 a month budget. Told me I was rude when I said WHO IS THE CUSTOMER ?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
