I had a really bad experience here. I called to reschedule an appointment and they couldn't get me in for a few weeks, okay that's fine. I had to reschedule that appt because I got covid. well they didn't call to confirm the appointment or remind me so I missed it, covid head fog is a real thing, then the receptionist was super rude and short with me when I apologized and asked to reschedule for a different day. Then when I finally did go in, I ended up waiting over an hour to be seen, that isn't including the 20 minutes I got there early to fill out paperwork. Huish then spent maybe 5 minutes with me. He popped the cyst in my finger with a needle and then sent me on my way. I then got a bill for $65 and have called twice to find out why it isn't just my $35 copay and they haven't gotten back to me either time. It has just been a mess.

He gave me zero information. Very arrogant.... I'm not sure why he was so curt with me, possibly because I'm injury was a work related injury??

Dr huish didn’t check my injury after taking my cast off after only a short two weeks of wearing it. Never asked how I was , never LOOKED at my arm. I Didn’t have a chance to ask questions before he walked away as he patted me on the back. Which seems like he has a weird habit of doing. Coming here was absolutely point less and i will not be returning for a follow up. Don’t come here!! I do NOT recommend this place!!!

I saw the PA first and he was very nice and explained everything. The PA left the room to get Dr Huish ; however the PA returned alone without the doctor. The PA ask if I would like cortisone shot prior to surgery I said yes. The doctor and PA returned. Dr Huish never examed my hand all he did was give me the cortisone shot.. Dr Huish acted like it was a bother to see me. The PA is wonderful but Dr Huish has no bed side manner and no matter how small the problem I still needed to be treated with respect. I will not have him do my surgery.

Very efficient and informative. Explained why I was having the pain in my hand. Scheduled my procedure in a very timely manner. Was very nice. I would recommend seeing him. He is the third hand surgeon I have seen and the best!
