List of Todd Daynes's Reviews
My primary care doctor found a sty under my eyelid and prescribed me an ointment this morning, but was worried because I have pain when moving my eye so we wanted dr Daynes to make sure nothing more was going on. I was at their office for 38 mins and over half the time I was waiting. They did the standard tests and I waited again for Dr Daynes. He finally came into the room and said “ so you’re here for a sty and pain in your eye” and replied yes. To which he responded “I’m going to prescribe you an ointment for the sty” when I told him I was already given an ointment I was there to have him check why it hurts to move my eye. “Who gave you an ointment?” My primary care Dr. Then he said “well if there’s nothing else I’ll go” I was like what about the pain? “It’s because of the sty. If it’s still hurting in a week come back” then he ran into the next room over. I will most definitely never go back. I am so glad I took time off work to pay to be there, so I lost money in two ways today just to have my time wasted and feel like I am not an important patient.
After some scheduling problems the staff at Dr. Daynes in patient surgery were very helpful and kind. They did everything they could to make me comfortable and at ease.
I feel totally disrespected by Dr. Todd Daynes, in patient surgery staff. My surgery is tomorrow but I do not know what time because they not only do not call to tell me , but they do not answer the phone and do not return messages. My daughter who had to take the day off to drive me to St. Marks, has to reschedule all of her clients for this evening and Dr. Daynes staff does not have the courtesy to call.
Dr. Was very short with me. The staff couldn't figure out how to bill a simple routine eye exam with one of the most common insurances. They told me it was a non-covered service. Took me three months of battling before my insurance had to call them and tell them my service was covered. My insurance informed me they had never ran it in the first place.
TOP NOTCH. NO PROBLEMS HERE WITH THE GOOD DOC.
Very good visit. Informative.
My experience with Dr. Daynes was not a good one. I have astigmatism and can be very hard to fit for hard contact lens. After over a month and four visits tweaking my prescription the lens Dr. Haynes prescribed are still not working well for me. Durng this time I felt that Dr. Daynes was not receptive to my concerns. I have dealt with eye problems for over 55 years but was made to feel as I did not understand what I was experiencing. I will not return to Dr. Daynes
I am very pleased with Dr. Daynes. He is great! He always answers my questions. I highly recommend him.
Doctor Daynes has been seeing my family for several years. We are a family of 5. All of us have vision concerns.
One Word.....UNETHICAL.....

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
