Great pediatric team! Dr Tew is our primary and we’ve been very impressed with how he works with us and takes care of our girls. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and very supportive of new parents. They have a doctor stay late pretty much every day and on Saturdays in case of sudden sickness/urgent care, which has saved us a LOT by helping us avoid going to an Urgent Care clinic or ER. We’ve had visits with almost every doctor in their practice because of this and we always walk away impressed with everyone we meet. They really care about our kids and help us feel like we’re good parents. Great pediatric team! Dr. Edwards is probably the best pediatrician I have ever met. She is wonderful. She truly cares about her patients. Her medical staff is so amazing too.

We have been going to Dr Tew for over 7 years now, and he never disappoints. He's always patient, insightful, and kind with my kids. The wait time has never been very long, and the staff is always friendly.

I would NOT recommend Dr. Tew if you want to have a proactive role in your child’s health care. I expressed concern about vaccines (as an expectant first time mom) and he said “you people are making the world unsafe for the rest of us.” It was very awkward, he was the most disrespectful doctor I have ever met. As we were leaving he said “what’s your name again?” I’m sure he wanted to blacklist me from the office. I understand that vaccines are a trigger point. I’m not against vaccines. But your doctor should be there to assist you in YOUR healthcare plan for YOUR child. Not to dictate your choices and demean you if you disagree. It took me a long time to regain my confidence as a mother in making decisions for my child after meeting with dr Tew. Doctors are great. We've seen Dr Loftus and Dr Burnett. Admin staff let us down. We traveled from Ogden because we've been going Lakeview for years. We were unable to see the doctor because the office administrators failed to get an ASL interpreter in time for our 2 week well baby check. Office manager tried to put the blame on us, telling me they needed 24 hours notice, even though we booked the appointment 2 weeks prior using an interpreter. Never have we had that kind of experience, everywhere in the medical world is very sensitive and accommodating. We are quite disappointed because the doctors are great, but we decide to go elsewhere. Just talked to Dr Edwards on the phone, an on-call call back for Urgent care. She was nice and sounded truly concerned. If you're looking for a new Pediatrician, I'd definitely say "interview" with her. I hadn't heard her name or see a review for her...but now someone has. ;)

I can't say enough about Gwen, the MA at Wasatch Pediatrics in Bountiful. She had to redo a PKU test and we were all pretty traumatized at the thought of having our sweet baby girl go through that again. Gwen was the BEST! She was done in 10 seconds and our baby never even woke up for it! Thank you again Gwen!!

It is so deeply frustrating to never be seen within a reasonable wait time. Every visit we wait to see the Dr for a minimum of an hour. If the physician is behind schedule there is no reason to not offer a courtesy call to let the following patient reschedule. It’s unfair to the children to sit in a small room for an unforeseeable amount of time. We’ve been loyal to grow up great for 6 years but quite frankly I’d rather find a physician that values their patients more. I love this office! Dr. Tew has seen my daughter since birth, and he is an amazing provider. He is gentle and patient with children. He always listens and stops to ask if you have any questions or concerns about your kiddo's development. I always know my daughter is in good hands! I have seen other doctors and nurses at this location. They are also wonderful, helpful, great with kids, and go above and beyond. Office staff are exceptional. I make the drive from Lehi to Bountiful so my daughter can continue receiving awesome care from Grow Up Great. 100% worth it! I love this office! We love Dr. Tew. He is professional and very helpful and informative. He has my child’s best at heart. He is educated and experienced and it shows. He helps parents understand any and all medical needs for their child. Never would see any other pediatrician.
