Brigham City Clinic's Online Review Report Card

My husband and I go here for routine check ups or to get a prescription when we are sick. This is a cute little place and it never takes too long to get to see the doctor. I think having to visit any clinic is never going to be a fun experience for me but I'm happy that If i have to visit a clinic at least I have a pretty good clinic to go to.

One nice woman behind the check in counter that seemed only mildly miserable. The rest of them - in complete misery. Steven Moss is not reliable whatsoever. He has personally let me down three times and lied to me. No sugar coating. I would go to this clinic to see Dr. Wilding that's the only provider I can recommend at this clinic.If your in need of a physicians care this medical center will likely only anger you and no one needs that at a time they need a physicians help.

Employees at the front desk are rude.  When it is 30 minutes past your appointment time for a physical and you ask if while waiting for the doctor you can go back and get your blood work started and your told no to just reschedule your appointment .  They don't say let me see how long it will be or if they can check on getting you help they tell you to reschedule an appointment they gave you.  Then you call the manager and get the same attitude.  So I ask for the owner to call which he didn't.   The service is terrible.

They didnt take any time with my wife explaining and trying to help her understand what's going on and gave her zero help leaving her feeling discouraged and sad. Very poor treatment overall

I started going to CHC in Brigham City for emergency dental care 5 months ago. Dr. Lauritzen has been wonderful, and really takes the time to listen and explain things, and is very compassionate. I am very grateful to have found him and his staff. The whole staff is very kind, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend the clinic for any medical or dental care!

Just called and confirmed that I got charged nearly double because I mentioned two symptoms to the doctor instead of one. They literally charged me more because I mentioned that I was having body aches along with my sore throat. I laughed out loud when they told me this on the phone. Guess I'm just lucky they didn't charge me for having a fever too.

I had an appointment today and was told that they tried to call me to tell me the dentist had an emergency and wouldn’t be in. They said they called and it was the wrong number. They then repeated my number back to me and it was correct. I’m pretty bummed I wasn’t able to get in for my appointment. I had been waiting awhile to get my front tooth fixed.

I've been a patient at CHC for well over a year.All of the staff have always been very helpful, polite, pleasant, and understanding. The MA's are all wonderdul ladies, and I am very thankful for them, and all they do.I have a complex and at times confusing health condition(s) I saw Dr. Lee for about a year, and she was so helpful. She listened and was always willing to help me find answers. I now see Dr. Redd at the Tremonton office, and again, he listens and we are able to work together to find answers. I have taken stacks of medical records and test results from the 4 previous years. Both doctors have been happy for the information, and have helped to create a better picture of my health. And both doctors have been wonderful to help with referrals to specialist, such as spine doctors.I also see my Therapist at CHC. I was so happy when Dr. Lee told me a professional in the mental health field was available.My health is complex. It's at times frustrating and depressing. Having the ability to speak with S. Hoffman, the therapist. Has kept my head above water. After 4 years of misery. I have found the best medical team I could ask for. I am so happy with everyone and all they have done. The ladies who manage making my appointments, and deal with my many calls, are always so kind and professional.I highly recommend this office. They will work with you, as long as you work with them.Thank you CHC

horrible place to get your teeth fix. dr. santiago was horrible I couldnt believe how disrespectful he is to the patient and his staff. unbelievable I would not recommend this place to anyone.
