He found I had bone spurs and arthritis in both my hips. He gave me a shot at the hospital and said it should last 4-5 mos. It has been 7 mos and no pain. He has great manners and seems to really care.

Horrible billing and claims department. The doctor was fine, but I got billed for a surgical procedure when I only had an office visit. Fraud and robbery!

They double book patients for the same time, I guess the patients time is not as important as the Doctors time.

I wish Dr. Bitner specialized in every medical specialty. I’d use him for all my health issues! He’s so amazing. I’ve worked in the medical field for more than 20 years and I’ve never seen a doctor with this kind of bedside manner. He’s kind and gentle. He is so good at what he does. He knows his stuff and makes sure you understand it too. Very patient guy. He’s absolutely excellent with children. My daughter broke her arm 6 years ago and he was incredible with her. He connected with my son on a shared interest and my other daughter who is 4 begs to go “visit” him because he’s so nice and gives her treats. He’s incredible. We need more doctors who truly care about their patients and doing a quality job. He’s my favorite…hands down!

Dr. Matt Bitner is wonderful with children! He has a great personality, and he was so kind! His bedside manner is impeccable, and we have used his services several times in our family. We highly recommend Dr. Matt Bitner.

Dr Bitner was great to work with. He listens, he wants to make sure all concerns are taken care of. He did a great job on my knee. I was feeling better even right after surgery,then i did before. I would suggest anyone to go to him. I even felt very comfortable taking my daughter to him when she had problems.

Awful!!! Complete waste of time. Basically told me to live with the pain I'm in and minimized my issues. I didn't feel listened to, or acknowledged. Referred me to someone better, that quite possibly is anyone.

We love Dr. Bitner. Don't like having to visit an Ortho so much, but I guess with four boys it is inevitable!
