Overall experience was kind of too quick and he seemed cold with responses. I also wasn’t given any following information to help me move forward with some paperwork I needed. I ended up talking to three other people over the phone who directed me with the correct steps to get the paperwork. I believe the doctor was completely capable of doing this himself that way I didn’t have to make run around phone calls like I had to do. He could’ve been much more helpful and attentive.

Doctor Jorgensen is a down-to-earth person.I enjoy my visit at the clinic with him. He doesn't make me feel like I'm on an assembly line getting things checked out. Which is how I've felt from other doctors in the past. He is compassionate and cares about his patients!!

Needed to see a doctor due to severe allergies, my doctor was on vacation. I was put into Dr Mark Jorgensen's schedule, he treated me as if I were a long time patient with friendly professionalism. I will most certainly see Dr Mark again should my P.C.P. be M.I.A!
