Dr. Dickerson and his staff are excellent. They provide great care and give you very prompt help when necessary. I highly recommend Dr. Dickerson.

Dr Dickerson is the best! He treats you so well. Is not in a hurry a truly listens. I have had 2 surgeries for my neuroma pain and it has only gotten worse. Dr Dickerson cared so much. Shot cortisone in just right spot and for the first time in 4 years no pain. Im so happy!

Have you ever called a doctor's office to make an appointment because you dropped something on your foot, and you want to see if your foot is broken, or cracked or even sprained...and to have the receptionist talk to you in a condescending rude way? If you call here, you will want to jump through the phone, and wring the receptionist's neck. That sounds so extreme, but that's how I felt after getting off the phone with her, and then again having to deal with her when I checked in for my appointment. I didn't appreciate her eye rolls, and under her breath sighs. I was also surprised by her behavior, because she is an older women you would think she would be more professional. The intake nurse was so nice, and helpful. So very kind when taking x-rays of my foot and vitals. Then Dr Dickerson came in and took a look at my x-rays for just a few seconds and said your foot is just fine. I said "Why does it hurt then, it feels like it's broken, especially when I walk." He said he didn't know, but if it continues to hurt come back, and then that was it. I saw him for maybe for 3 or 4 minutes at the most. Weeks later I get a bill from my insurance company saying I owe another $25 for my co-pay. Why did the rude receptionist not charge the correct co-pay in the first place, obviously she isn't very good at her job.

Dr. Dickerson was able to see me same day for a horribly ingrown toenail. The whole process was quick and painless and everyone in his office treated me with respect and care :) Would absolutely recommend Dr. Dickerson to all my friends and family!

Needed a new foot Dr. Reviewed Jason on Health Grade, it was accurate. Nice bed side manner, not a cutting is the answer kind of Dr. He was easy to get in to, a little delay in meeting, but I was out in time for my call. I could hear him visiting next door. Which is better than the bum rush.

Can't remember exactly when we started seeing Dr. Dickerson over decade for sure. He's the best! As long as they take our insurance we'll be their patients. They are so kind and helpful! Great experience all around!!! You can't go wrong with Dr. Dickerson & Lindsay! In fact we followed Dr. Dickerson from his Murray office location to Heiden Orthopedics so it's been a long while. We love ❤️ him!

Dr. Dickerson is a kind, knowledgeable, empathic doctor. My sister and mother have gone to him for years. I started seeing him after I developed a sore of my foot. He helped to understand why it happened but without judgment or being condescending. I have Medicaid so I don't have a lot money for any extras. He found a special shoe for free so I could get the help I needed. Dr. Dickerson is a rare treasure a doctor who truly cares. I am so grateful my family and I found him.
