I've been there for several years, and Dr.Dodds is kind, and his service great and professional. But I had a bad experience with the billing department: In a specific case of an expected refund, their handling was uninterested and unprofessional, taking them 6 months, after lots of following up from my side.

(My username isn’t in the system because I want to remain anonymous) I’ve been coming here in my early teen years but now that I’m 21, I’m going to find another optometrist. Dr. Brockbank was alright and you know, did his job like any other doctor. There was one appointment where it took so long and while he was performing the exam, there was no enthusiasm out of him and overall felt rushed. The main reason why I want to change doctors is because of the billing part of this facility. I’ve given them my insurance and the billing lady made it clear that I didn’t have to pay anything just for my lens (because I didn’t want new frames) and additional add-ons which was over $130, that’s fine. 3 months later and I get a statement bill of $245 making it seem like my insurance didn’t cover it, when in fact they did. They’ve sent this bill again a few weeks ago and I think it’s ridiculous that they’re not up to date with getting on contact with their billing company to stop sending a bill I don’t owe. What if an elderly patient received this same bill and called the phone # listed or pay through the website when they don’t owe anything?? Other reviews mention that this place only cares about $ and I might have to agree.

Friendly staff. They don’t accept Davis Vision for eye exams, only for purchasing glasses or contacts.

I am very happy with Dr. Dodds & his staff. He is very knowledgeable & explains everything clearly. His staff is friendly & courteous. I would definitely recommend Olympus Eye Associates!

Long waits and my eye concerns were not taken seriously by the doctor, felt rushed and not heard. Wouldn't recommend going here.
