Title: Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dr. Elizabeth's Assistant I recently had an appointment with Dr. Elizabeth at her clinic, and I must say that the experience was extremely disappointing, primarily due to the behavior of her assistant. Right from the start, there were clear signs of mismanagement and lack of professionalism. Firstly, whoever scheduled the appointment directed me to a closed office. It was incredibly frustrating to arrive at the clinic only to find out that no one was present to assist me. This level of disorganization reflects poorly on the clinic and raises questions about their commitment to patient care. Furthermore, when I called the clinic, the assistant who answered the phone was shockingly rude. Despite explaining my situation and being physically present at the clinic, she showed no sympathy or concern for my predicament. Instead, she displayed a complete disregard for my inconvenience and abruptly hung up the phone, leaving me feeling ignored and frustrated. It is important to note that I cannot directly attribute these negative experiences to Dr. Elizabeth herself, as I did not have the opportunity to meet or interact with her. However, it is deeply disappointing that the individuals representing her practice, particularly her assistant, displayed such unprofessionalism and a lack of basic customer service skills. As a patient, I expect a certain level of professionalism, care, and empathy when interacting with healthcare providers and their staff. Unfortunately, this was not the case with Dr. Elizabeth's assistant, and it greatly tarnished my overall impression of the clinic. I hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the clinic, prompting them to address these issues and improve the quality of their service. It is crucial for patients to feel valued and respected throughout their healthcare journey, and my experience fell far short of these expectations.

Dr Auger diagnosed my planter fasciitis within 10 minutes of the appointment and offered a treatment plan with several options. I left with an easy to follow and affordable 2 week treatment plan. After one day, I am walking with minimal to no pain. Dr Auger is professional, personable, caring and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend her.
