Heidi Heras's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Heras and her team are hands down, one of the best crew I've dealt with. Dr. Heras was just amazing! She was so patient, kind and determined to get a tiny piece of thyme lodged way deep into my tonsil. She didn't give up, nor did her team. I genuinely have so much respect for this team and would recommend her to anyone. Guys ya'll are truly the best. Thank you for getting me out of such discomfort.😊

Was not impressed with our visit. My daughters had huge tonsils likely due to sleep apnea/snoring. She told us that they needed to stop eating dairy and sugar and not to eat after 6pm. The whole visit I felt she was food shaming my girls for what they had eaten the days before. I’m a Dietitian and didn’t appreciate this approach. It gave my girls anxiety and shame if they felt hungry after 6 and/or wanted to eat dairy foods. I didn’t want them ending up with an eating disorder and be scared of certain foods because of this visit, so we will not be returning to see Dr. Heras and found a much better ENT doctor to care for them. Maybe this works for some but shouldn’t be the main approach.

Fantastic! Best experience with a medical doctor I've ever had. This is how it should be everywhere. Dr. Heras and her staff truly listen, seek to understand, and help solve for an individual's long-term personal wellness. The staff is highly competent, caring and curious. Didn't nickel/dime me for their time, and it doesn't seem like they overfill their schedule with clients because they were always on time for appointments (what a concept! :)). I rarely waited in the waiting room more than 1-2 minutes. Wish more doctors and dentists ran an office like Dr. Heras.

I’ve had the BEST experiences with Dr. Heras and her Physician Assistant! My two year old got tubes in his ears and they did an amazing job with treating him! 10/10 would recommend for any of your children’s ear needs! They saw my infant daughter and was so great with her! Amazing experience!

Holy cow, these gals are knowledgeable! Heidi diagnosed within minutes and was so helpful and informative when it came to the solution. They spent time with me and my husband to teach and educate instead of “in and out”. Rebecca was present too which was really comforting having two professionals there. Both super professional and also funny. I would highly recommend.

I came to Doctor Heidi Heras to get a difficult object removed from my ear, after they failed to do so in emergencies because of the nature of the object. I was worried and nervous because I’m a musician and any damage to my hearing ability would diminish my quality of life very significantly. She succeeded with the goal, in a very kind and delicate manner. All of her team was very kind and attentive to my worry. Thank you all!

Doctor Heras is very kind and personable. I am impressed with the breadth of her knowledge, her analytical mind and treatment plan she proposed. She has a holistic approach to the patient and health-related problems, and this is something I appreciate very much. I highly recommend her to anyone with ENT and allergy complaints.

We felt better after going to this doctor.. proper treatment and guidelines was there specialty. My husband was sneezing all time .we were very much worried.we met several doctors all suggested surgery.but she gave us the correct treatment and pointed out it's reflex.. feeling a lot better now.. thanks to her.. And Becky was awesome always.. she explains everything very clearly and so friendly ...

I had an odd 'rubber-band'-like sound in my left ear for a couple of months that was really irritating me. When Dr. Heras looked at it, she found THREE hairs in my ear. Two in my eardrum, and one in my ear canal. She removed them and I have so much relief! I highly recommend her!

Dr Heras is not rushed, very kind and Extremely knowledgeable. Seeing her was the best doctor experience I have ever had. She gave recommendations that I’m sure no other ENT MD would even know about.
