Six calls to office. Not one call returned. Numeric menu that's impossible to navigate (not to mention a bit snotty-sounding about what each button will and will not get you) and impossible to speak to a person unless your lottery number comes up and a person happens to actually pick up the phone. Great doctor (Smith) but with this amature level of an office staff I'm choosing to find another doctor. After three (3) days they finally sent "the order" after all of these phone calls but they kept sending it "wrong" with missing details and apparently 'needing more coaching' from the very doctors office they are trying to send the referral. Incredible... It's like "Bring your Jr. High School Kid to Work Day" and turn them loose to do whatever they want while you chill with your buddies in the break room. I give... I give...

Dr. Smith called me twice in one to ensure the procedure of my disabled brother was in the right hands. This is rare In todays medical environment. It was even after a long day working he called to consult on the next steps. Amazing!
