I try not to leave reviews but when his billing department is not being honest and fair then I want to warn others. I had booked with his department for an ultrasound guided biopsy for my thyroid. His front desk assured my husband that he performed this service so we booked it. I come into my appointment for him to tell me he does not do them anymore due to not having the ultrasound and running into more complications just doing the needle biopsy unguided and not getting enough samples to send into labs. He referred me to an endocrinologist, who I had already had an appointment booked with that following week. So I am getting charged almost $300 for a service I did not even receive! I explained this to his billing department on multiple calls that I’m willing to pay something for his time even though it was a waste of my time, but I don’t agree to paying this amount of money when I was booked under false pretenses and turned away! We were warned to not go here from a friend who had a bad experience with him and went against that. I guess I should have listened. You should do right with your patients and actually work with them rather than your billing department just saying “oh well”. Not okay at all.

Dr Wilson fit me in for an emergency appointment as I was leaving the country. He was skilled and efficient working with me. I appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The staff was super friendly, efficient and accommodating.

Dr. Wilson is awesome. While checking for allergies he noticed a polyp in my nose. Two hours after having a Cat Scan Dr. Wilson called me to let me know of my weird situation. I have a piece of my brain hanging in my nose. Wow, I'm grateful for his abilities and caring enough to follow this through. Dr. Wilson is a true and caring professional!!!

Dr. Wilson was friendly and thoughtful. He took the time to hear our concerns and to answer our questions.

I had nose broken in 5 places, and Dr. Wilson was able to fix it in office without putting me under. He did a great job, and it saved us a ton of money. Great demeanor, and excellent staff as well.

I was referred by a minute clinic that could not address my inner ear blockage. Dr. Wilson's office staff arrange to have me in the next day, as I was in pain and thought I had an infection. Dr. Wilson provided prompt, professional service on my scheduled appt time, and provided me instant relief. The office utilizes the latest technology and the staff was very courteous and professional. I would recommend ENT to anyone need Ear, Nose and/or Throat care.

Dr. Wilson is amazing! He listens and is very knowledgeable. He figured out what was going on with one visit. We had a great follow up visit so he knew for sure everything was going well after our initial visit. His nurse is so great! She is so positive and happy. Though I was really having a hard time emotionally in my initial visit, they put my worries at ease quickly and were able to help me. They are a fantastic team.
