This review is specifically for Dr. Keihanian’s staff ONLY! I have not met or been seen by this Cardiologist and the only reason why I am writing this is because I have pleasantly been a patient of Lone Peak Primary Clinic and hospital for years! However...this is my first encounter where a Medical Doctor’s staff was lifeless, short, stoic and absolutely unsympathetic to the point of coming across rude in person and over the phone. There was one MA, who is saving grace and her name is Deana, she placed my holster monitor and was kind and very professional. Everyone else sadly could give the Grinch a run for his money. Come on, we are sadly in an uncomfortable and uncertain future with COVID however I love Lone Peak Hospital so much because everyone from my Doctor, the Imaging Staff, ER Staff, Surgery staff in the last year and previous years have been phenomenal! So it was disappointing to experience the lack of customer service and empathy in this Cardiovascular clinic by Dr. Mana front desk staff and whoever answers the phone! 😶 Soooo I hope Dr. Keihanian’s sees this review and hopefully talks to her staff. 🤦🏻♀️
