I went in for shoulder pain, and after reviewing my MRI was diagnosed with frozen shoulder (adhesive capsulitis). We discussed options and decided on surgery which is scheduled. He was patient, and very knowledgeable, explaining, and making sure I understood everything. His staff is very polite and helpful as well. I’ll leave another review after surgery snd recovery.
Dr trawick and staff are awesome thank you for fixing my shoulder's
I am 18 months post total shoulder replacement. I am so grateful that Dr. Trawick gave me my quality of life back. I suffered for 4 years in moderate to severe pain in my shoulder. I could not swim, play golf and woke up every half hour during the night in pain. I am now retired, and very active. I sleep pain free, play golf, pickle ball, kayak and play ball with my grandsons. I live in Northern Idaho on a lake & golf course and am living my best life. Thank you Dr. Trawick!
Great service. All concerns responded to. Thank you!
Dr Trawick and his office staff are amazing. They knew what was wrong with my knee and was able to help. Thank you!
Dr. Trawick is an amazing surgeon. He is honest and doesn’t beat around the bush. I trust him fully!
My doctor and his team awesome
Just love how Dr. Trawick has a great bedside manner. This is my second time with him because I tore my other knee up. He took the time to read my notes from a couple of years ago as well as the new stuff which made me feel great that he was on top of things. He didn't push surgery, instead, he recommended that I let it try to heal on its own first and if after a while it doesn't heal (he worded it a lot better than I'm writing it down), then I can schedule surgery. His PA, Kavon, was wonderful as well. He has a sweet and kind demeanor. He too listened and took his time with me. They make a great team! The front desk lady, while sweet and caring, and I know that she's just following protocol, made me feel a bit like the only thing that matters to Tosh is money. Apparently I have a $400 bill from the walk-in clinic (that's the initial visit where they assess what's going on) which was two to three weeks prior to my visit with the surgeon and asked me about paying it in full. While I don't deny that I need to pay for services rendered, it's the way that it's handled that made me feel like that's Tosh's main priority.
Of all of the orthopedic surgeons that have worked on me or my family, Dr. Trawick is the best. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Met with him after having consulted with 4 knee surgeons to prep for my total knee replacements. I heard good things about him but he was the rudest, meanest medical professional I’ve ever met with. At the direction of my current knee doctor, I am seen at a pain clinic and occasionally take a pain med for bone-on-bone knee pain, scoliosis, spinal stenosis, degenerative disc disease in my spine and feet, osteoporosis, and headaches from repeat concussions. At age 47, I’ve had 27 surgeries already. He treated me like a heroin addict off the streets. He refused to operate on me because I take a pain med. He referred to my pain doctor - who had referred me to him - as “a nut job,” info I will definitely be sharing w/her. None of the other 4 knee surgeons have any problem with my current use of a low-dose pain med. He also told me I wouldn’t be able to heal because I have depression and anxiety and shamed me for that as well. He pblames/shames/guilt-trips, which nobody needs in life. P

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
