I can not say enough nice things about Dr. Gilbert! I have had two surgeries now with Dr.Gilbert and they could not have been a better experience! His bedside manner is the absolute best. He is so clam and comforting. It is a great listener, hears your concerns, and addresses them without making you feel rushed or that your concerns aren’t reasonable or valid. I have seen him in both Riverton and West Jordan. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an ENT. I would even take my kids to him if need be.

Dr. Gilbert is amazing at what he does! He is so thorough and thoughtful during every appointment; Explaining everything in great detail, easing any worries you may have, and caring about you overall as a person. He recently did my deviated septum surgery and did amazing! I can finally breathe!! The staff at South Valley ENT are always so kind both on the phone and in person. I highly recommend Dr. Gilbert!!

He’s amazing, dr Gilbert gave me my life back!

Dr. Ryan M. Gilbert was amazing and was excellent in my thyroidectomy and removing the cancer there before it spread. He got me in a month earlier and I am so grateful for surgery and amazing care received.

I honestly have to tell you how amazing this office is! I am an middle aged person and have seen several doctors and offices in my life.. but never have I had such great care and customer service as I do at South Valley ENT. Dr Gilbert personally called to check in on me after a surgery. I had some personal complications and he kept checking in to be sure i was doing ok and to be sure I didn’t need anything or medication adjustments. His assistant and others in office ALWAYS answer calls or call back quickly if busy and not available to take your call. I feel like they honestly care about their patients.. and it really shows. Cannot give enough kudos to this office and their staff.

I asked a friend that had gone to this Dr for a personal review and account of her experience. When a Dr is going up into your nose and sinuses you want to make sure you have a good one. She had the same surgery done that I needed and after my first few initial appts I knew I had the right Dr. I just had my surgery and he was spot on with what to expect and level of pain and/or discomfort. I am already after one day noticing a difference and would recommend this Dr to any one of my family/friend

Dr. Gilbert has removed onemail of my boys tonsils and adenoids. He has a great bedside manner and put my son at ease. He also saw my youngest, Alan, for his allergies. The physicians I took him to in the past, said there wasn't much they could do and to give him over the counter meds, which didn't help at all. He suggested allergy shots, while other doctors said he was too young. I would have no reservations sending the rest of my family and friends to see him.

Dr. Gilbert performed sinus surgery on my at the end of 2016. I was very nervous but he has a fantastic gentle way of speaking that calmed my fears and gave me enough courage to agree to the surgery. He told me exactly what he was going to do to my sinuses and why he recommended it and how long recovery would take and his predictions have been accurate. Before surgery, I could barely breathe out of one nostril and got chronic sinus infections. Now I can actually breathe through my nose.

Saw him In May 2016, long wait times at every visit, rude front desk, mediocre bedside manner, his PA seemed incompetent at the pre-surgery visit. Sought second opinion.

I have taken my son to see Dr. Gilbert several times. He is very nice and great with kids. He talked and listened to my 9 year old, rather than just addressing me. He set my son's broken nose last year and removed his tonsils and adenoids this year. Both surgeries went well.
