Because I am a fulltime caretaker for my mother who has Lewy Body Dementia and Breast Cancer, I was scared to leave anywhere in fear of getting Covid and bringing it back to my mom. So they let me do a telecom with Dr.Broadbent. I appreciate that so much!! Also I want it noted that their whole staff is so unbelievably kind, never in my life have I been to a doctor's office where both the nurses and doctors are so kind and understanding. It definitely goes a long way when you're a patient. Even the office itself gives off a peaceful feeling. I would rate this place 20 stars if I could. Everyone there definitely deserves it.

Dr Broadbent always takes time And patiently answers questions. I have never had to wait very long (at least compared to other doctors).

Dr. Broadbent is great. Kind and understanding, efficient and knowledgable. Keeps to appointment times. Follows through quickly on prescriptions, labs, etc. Will keep coming back!

When in for a physical and blood work. Didn't wait at all to see doctor after nurse took my vitals. Received a call the next day on my blood work results, and they answered any questions that I had. Overall, excellent experience.
