Not a great experience. I had to wait 45 minutes to be taken back, and then I spoke with Dr Chappell for maybe 5 minutes. He was able to do a quick exam and give me some insight for the reason I came in, then when I mentioned some other issues he kind of brushed it off and said he could refer me to a cardiologist if I would like. He did not ask me one question about what I was experiencing. It felt like he was quickly trying to get me out so he could see his next patient since he was behind, but the fact that he was behind was not my fault. I was disappointed with my experience. The nurse was great though. Oh and the system went down so I have to call back in to get the referral.
