Dr. Baker runs a very efficient office. She communicates well to her staff which results in good results. My father was a dentist and has since passed away, and I am thrilled that I have found somebody that I trust with my teeth again. I’m highly recommend Susan Baker and her staff.

I will never go back. I sent the office my dental insurance card weeks before my appointment. While at my initial visit, they offered to do some bonding on some of my teeth. I asked if we should get pre-authorization from my insurance before undertaking the additional dental work. I was given a number for my responsibility and told that the rest would be covered by insurance. I am now being balanced billed by the office for additional money for a mistake they made in the calculation. I am in the healthcare field and the business practice at my hospital is to pre-authorize beforehand. If the hospital makes the mistake, then they take responsibility for the error. That did not happen here. I recommend that you beware of their billing practices and take your business elsewhere.

Dr Baker is great! She is so sweet and made going to the dentist an easier experience. Very caring with pain control during the visit and also appreciated the concern over the payment and insurance. She was upfront and honest about the price upfront and worked with my insurance to make I had a great experience. Nice and clean facilities and friendly staff that was very helpful. She offered a great new patient rate that I couldn’t pass up. Highly recommend!

As a dentist for 35 years I wouldn’t trust anybody to be MY dentist. Dr Baker is smart, has a great chair side manner and great skills. The Canyon Crossing Dental team is awesome. 5 Star treatment. I highly recommend them. Dr Frank LaMar

I moved to southern UT a few years ago from WY. I had a very good dentist in WY who knew my dental history give that he treated me after a mountain bike accident that involve my teeth. Anyways the local dentist in the UT town I live in tried to tell me I needed 4 crowns off the bat. I knew that was BS because my WY dentist that I’ve seen a for several years had said that I just need to monitor the existing cracks I have in teeth for pain/infection and no major work needs to be done. Anyways I never went to that dentist ever again (that practice ended up closing down). So I started looking for a dentist in the bigger towns near me (Cedar or StGeorge area). I looked up “holistic dentist” in the area on google and found Canyon Crossing Dental. I went there and mentioned how the local dentist told me I needed all that crown work. After a cleaning, x-rays and exam, they disagreed with that and said that because I’m not in pain and there were no signs of infection, it wasn’t necessary and that guy was trying to make money. I was sold after that and have been coming here 2x a year for cleanings and routine visits. i live almost 2-hours away and find it worth the drive. Everyone there is super nice and knowledgable.
