Katie Julien's Online Review Report Card

I have gone to her for years and she has been amazing and very thorough!!

I’ve been with Dr Julien for about 14 years, and she has been a wonderful doctor through many, many health issues, scares, and just good old fashioned health care for me and my family! She is honest, caring and intuitive in her treatment…we all love her!:)

They posted a result on their portal but I never got a message, text etc that there was a new message or a call from them. I also called on a Monday morning & left a message with the MA. No response. I logged into the portal & sent a message on Tuesday & today is Friday & they are out of office & still no response. Dr Julien used to be good but she just doesn’t care any more.

When I moved here after just being divorced and feeling broken Dr Jones was understanding. He is responsive when I send messages through the patient portal for health concerns.

Dr. Piacitelli has a knack of billing insurance with the wrong code so the patient gets stuck with the bill.  this happened to my wife and when she called to straighten it out the office staff behaved in a horrendous manner.  they argued and refused to change the billing code so my wife was stuck with a $500 bill to see a whack job Dr!!!  AVOID..AVOID..AVOID..AVOID..AVOID!!!!I'm FLABBERGASTED at the reviews I have "stumbled" upon since I decided to research Dr. Piacitelli.

Katie Julien has been my primary care physician for 15+ years. She is a considerate, careful and responsive provider. I think she's great.

I have been meeting with Dr. Julian since moving here last year. I consider her to be very skilled and I enjoy my appointments with her. She has helped tremendously in diagnosing and treating an ongoing issue that I have struggled to get other doctors to take seriously. I would definitely recommend her.

My first impression in their front office was horrendous and I was in tears. The receptionist was rude, insensitive and I am not sure how I ended up even keeping my appointment. That being said, we had a wonderful experience with Dr P and her staff. They were very friendly and understanding. Since then, I have begun to feel as though I am being dismissed with my concerns. I do not feel that I am being listened to very well or taken seriously. I have had a couple of interactions over the phone with the front desk that were pleasant. However, there is still a problem with certain receptionists being beyond rude. Especially if it has to do with money on any level, even given the fact there's a pandemic going on and many people are struggling. They will make a scene in front of other people and make you feel bullied regarding your copay. I don't leave reviews, but when I googled and read reviews from there I was surprised to see so many people with some more experiences. It's time to find a new place to go for our healthcare needs. I strongly caution anyone to feel it out before committing to this place.

Dr. Julien has been my physician for multiple years. Her care and treatment is always professional and thorough. She takes time to discuss any concerns or questions I have, and is always kind and respectful.
