If you are looking for a therapist, I highly recommend HAYLEY BROWN. She is so amazing. I have seen various therapists and been in therapy for 13 years of my life, and Hayley is by far the best. She is the perfect blend of professional and personable. She is very knowledgeable on many different aspects of mental health. I was very intentional with my therapy, and if you are the same way, Hayley can help you achieve a lot of your goals. The only reason I stopped seeing her is because I moved away. TO HAYLEY: heyyy gurrrll!!! just wanted to let you know that I made it to my destination, panic free!!! I'm being mindful of the goals we created, and I'm using the skills I learned in therapy to monitor my own mental health. I am so utterly grateful for you. Also sea-foam/off white and corals are so on trend for fingers and toes right now. TO HAYLEYS BOSS: Get that girl a raise, she EARNED that degree!!! *insert the nails on fleek emoji*

I was under the care of Mallorie Borrup for about 6 months. She was a great therapist, however my issue is with Aspire Counseling's policies. I had never been late to or missed an appointment during my time with Mallorie. I missed my last appointment because of something directly related to my mental health care. I was immediately charged a $130 no show fee. When I reached out to Mallorie regarding the fee and explained why I missed my appointment, she told me she would reach out to her supervisor because it was ultimately her decision. I never heard back from Mallorie or Aspire. What is frustrating is that Aspire's website does not disclose how much the no show fee is, only that the clinician determines the fee amount. This business cares more about making money than caring for their clients.

I didn't know what to expect when I first started therapy, but the process of setting up an appointment and being matched to a provider who met my needs was easy. I didn't have to bounce around to find a good fit. My provider is the absolute best! She has helped me through so many different things without judgment. I truly look forward to every session. Thank you Hayley B and Aspire for helping me along my mental health journey.

Hayley Brown is my therapist and she is AMAZING. She’s so understanding and compassionate. She also has such a fun sense of humor and has helped me so much this past year or so. Aspire medical is awesome with awesome therapists and mental health experts. If you are looking for counseling, go to Aspire!! You might even get Hayley 🤭🤭 Be careful tho she might make you do some squats

Have been going here for about nine months now, I've been seeing Hailey L. for counseling. It has been a very helpful experience for me, I've been able to grow a lot and improve drastically in terms of letting go of some past things. I would strongly suggest this place, the staff is very friendly and always so helpful both over the phone and in person. Can't say enough about this place.

The intake specialists are amazing! Especially Trish! She asked what I wanted/needed in a therapist and found me the perfect fit for what I was looking for and needed. I’m excited for future visits and will be recommending friends and family to Aspire as they are amazing at matching therapists and clients.
