Took my son to see Dr. Potter for an ingrown toenail. We had been to a different Podiatrist previously for the same issue. Dr. Potter was highly skilled and informed us of the full procedure, recovery and instructions for what to watch for and do in case of a recurrence and how to prevent future issues. His toe was also infected, so we got a Rx for addressing that as well.

Went to see Dr. Potter 6-8 times for planters fasciitis and received steroid injections each time. After over a year of treatment it was decided that surgery was needed to release pressure on the tendon. After surgery i was in a boot for several months and when i was all healed up the pain was exactly the same as prior to the surgery. My complaint isn't that the surgery was useless and didn't work, my complaint is its been 1 1/2 years since the surgery and from the day of the surgery i haven't heard from Dr. Potter or his staff. Not one phone call for a follow up, not a call for physical therapy, NOTTA! What type of customer care is that?

During the course of my life I've seeing many doctors but doctor potter's is my favorite among all! He was so kind to me and my family! In every one of my appointments he showed that he cares about his patients, he is never in a hurry and he always takes the time to make sure I understood the procedure and details of my visit. I had a bunion removal on Dec 3rd 2020 and it was fantastic! I feel excellent. He not only did the bunion but fixed 2 toes on the same foot as well. His nurse Trista is such a sweet heart, SO grateful for these health care fantastic workers! HIGHLY recommended!

Dr. Potter saw me plantar fasciitis. He did a plantar release after conservative therapy . Did an excellent job, my foot no longer hurts. Best decision and great doctor. I would recommend him to my friends.

Have been coming to Dr. Potter several years. He is a phenomenal doctor and compassionate and listens to all my problems and not just foot problems. He reads his patients well. He spends appropriate time with patients. Would recommend him very highly. Excellent beyond the call of duty! He practices what he loves to do with his heart.

Dr. Potter saw me for ankle pain and flattening arches. He answered all my concerns and spent plenty of time with me. He educated me on my diagnosis and was very patient, kind and caring. I would recommend him without reservation. His medical assistant took my back and was very kind as well.
