From the get go, Bryan Ellertson has taken his time with my children, making them feel comfortable about being in a Dr. office. He listenes to my concerns and is very polite. I have never felt rushed, but he is thorough. I am in and out of appointments in a timely manner. His nurse is amazing as well! So friendly and kind. Highly recommend Bryan Ellertson for your children!

Initially, Ellertson seemed helpful and caring. At my girls 15 month check in, my wife and I expressed concern and hesitancy towards certain VACCINES. (sharing information and expressing worries about harmful side effects that we have learned about as parents) As a result Ellertson became IRATE. Shouting and yelling. He continued to yell until he eventually stormed out of the exam room. He didn't check my daughters breathing, heart, NOTHING. Not knowing if the visit was over or not, we eventually left the exam room. Behavior like this is inexcusable. His reaction was pathetic and un professional. If you care about the welfare of your child, do NOT choose Ellertson as your pediatrician.

Receptionist had me waiting for 20+ minutes only to give me some stupid excuse so they don’t see my newborn.

Dr. Ellertson is amazing, my kids have been seeing him for years, since we moved here. I am so glad we found him, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Jasmine his nurse is amazing also, she is always on top of everything.
