I have been a patient of Dr. Hess'sfor a number of years. He is always thorough in the examination, takes time to explain ny problems he notices, and is very reassuring if there are any foreseeable problems. I removed cataracts from my eyes, and ws thoughtful in putting me at ease befoe and during the surgery. Another member of my family has also had significant treatment from Dr. Hess and would agree with my opinion..

I have been seeing Dr. Hess for the past 12 years. He has always been extremely professional and informative. Listens to your questions and concerns. He is very good at taking the time necessary to explain the process or current and ongoing conditions. I decided recently to go for LASIK and let me tell you what an amazing experience from Dr Hess to the staff. They really helped me feel at ease and understanding all of the details and what to expect before and after. I am only 3 days removed from the procedure and my eyesight is great. I would recommend Insight to anyone whether it’s for routine checkups to acute eye conditions needing special care.
