Dr Checketts really listened to all of my issues in a kind and thoughtful manner. He answered all my questions in the same way. When I was through he ask very pointed questions without being a jerk. Infact he looked at my ears and explained why they still hurt and gave me some advice that was helpful. Things that I had not thought about. In fact he was just opposite of. A jerk. He was very kind and helpful and helpful in every thing he did. He is a very kind gentleman. He is a keeper
