John Bitner's Online Review Report Card

I believe Dr. Bitner is the best Facial Surgeon you could find I truly did my homework. I had multiple consultations with other Plastics Surgeons and I chose Dr. Bitner because he is an artist first of all. I needed a few producers done and during my consultation he just knew what I was looking for. I felt confident in him and in his abilities. But I chose Dr. Bitner as well because his bedside manner is so good. He always made himself available. He gives you his cell phone number I could reach him at anytime and he ALWAYS got back to me. Look at his last page under Facelift and you can see my results. They speak for themselves! Dr. Bitner is also very patient and understanding as well as compassionate. I never felt stupid asking remedial questions. He would listen and always answer my questions! He’s absolutely brilliant!

Horrible results. Now I have to go to New York and have everything redone.

I was beyond impressed with every person I had contact with. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. Jamie made sure I knew exactly what to expect and couldn’t have been any nicer. Dr. Bitner is the only person anyone should use for plastic surgery! He was kind and compassionate and spent plenty of time with me. I was important to him and I couldn’t have been any happier with my results. You can not tell I’ve had work done. I look like myself only much younger and I feel great! Dr.Bitner was the best decision I’ve made.

Choosing Dr. Bitner as my rhinoplasty surgeon was the best decision of my life!! I did a lot of research trying to figure out who to trust with my nose. I had multiple consults with other doctors and Dr. Bitner was the only doctor who genuinely cared. I loved his staff! They all made the whole process easy and worth it!! I love my new nose! I found the fountain of youth! My annoying receding hairline has been repaired with a hairline advancement procedure by Dr. Bitner. The services Dr. Bitner & staff provided are appreciated.

I would never recommend Dr Bitner. I spent a ton of money and I'm very dissatisfied. a great deal of my hair fell out from having a forehead lift, I wanted my under eyes worked on and they're actually worse now than they were before I came in. my jowls and under chin skin is loose and they told me that it would be a general anesthesia after I already told him I wanted just local. I have a big scar across my forehead because I felt pressured into having a forehead lift l. It's not even why I went in there. I could not be more disappointed and I feel the need to share this so other women can learn from it.

Dr Bitner is the best!! He truly has changed my life. I’ve been waiting for a really long time for a rhinoplasty, and after have 4 consultations with other surgeons, he was the best!! the staff is simply incredible, and he made sure that i was happy with the results and was well taken care of, i highly recommend them!!

Stay away from this guy, he’s a used car salesman. I had a tip reduction rhinoplasty done - he sold me on having a full open procedure even though I don’t think it was necessary for what I wanted. He made it seem like he had extremely fine control over the results he would achieve. The results were awful. After a year of waiting for my nose to look better, being reassured the whole time that everything was great, instead of an over projected nose i got one that was short and bulbous and downturned. He never admitted anything was wrong, right up to the point when he volunteered to fix it for free.

Dr. Bitner and his whole staff have been incredible in my hair restoration journey. I cannot express how grateful I am to have had a FUE hair transplant by them. I lost my hair due to radiation so it's been very difficult for me to find a doctor who had enough experience. I've had a consultation for a different hair transplant doctor as well as a dermatologist and I did not feel like either of them had the right experience for me to feel comfortable. Right off the bat not only was Dr. Bitner very kind, he had the right experience, having done hair restoration for people who have lost their hair due to trauma/burn/surgery/cancer treatment/autoimmune loss, so I felt very comfortable going to him. Even during the procedure, his staff was incredibly kind and skilled. I would absolutely recommend going here!

Dr. Bitner & all of his staff are amazing people! I got out of surgery yesterday and am so surprised how good I feel! They were all so kind & being heavily tattooed sometimes I get nervous of being judged but did not feel that way at all. Really don’t need the pain meds but have taken one just to ease the tension of my head wrap mostly! Can’t wait to see my results but can already tell the tip of my nose is what I always wanted!
