We always feels listened to and cared for when we see Dr Williams.

Took my son to the ER because he couldn't hold down his medicine & fluids. I asked Dr. Williams if he could do a CT scan to check my son's appendix. He said "There is a 1% chance of cancer from a CT scan." That most all doctors would tell me they would rather do surgery than a CT on my son to not risk the 1%. I asked how he could rule out his appendix being the issue. He proceeded to grab my son's belly and shake it saying kids hurt and will tell you if they hurt. Even at this point I wasn't upset because he IS the physician and he probably knows more than I do. It wasn't until he went back to the nurses station. He left my door cracked open and I could hear him talking at the nurses about me asking about my son's appendix and making fun of how I think I know what I am talking about. Very unprofessional. I was just shocked at how u professional he was considering he is over Southland MD. I just expected more professionalism. In his defense he didn't know I could hear him talking.

Our regular pediatrician was full for the day, so we came to Dr. Williams as an Urgent Care patient when my sick daughter had strep throat. Dr. Williams was so cute and friendly with her and asked all about her interests and hobbies. He made us feel like we were regular patients, which was so appreciative and admirable.

Loved how personable he was with me and my child. Was super fun with my son and made him comfortable. He made me feel as a mom validated in my concerns for my kid.

Dr. Williams is amazing! He really takes the time to answer all your questions. Always leave feeling like our daughter is getting the best care with him.

Dr. Williams is so great with all of my boys (3, 8, and 8). I don’t like to write reviews until I’ve had some time with a product or person, so after 6 mos of taking my kids to see him our experiences continue to be really positive! He relates to them really well and explains things to them and not just me. He talks really positively about having ADHD to them, so that they feel like they have a superpower! He’s helped clear up a lot of misconceptions about ADHD and treatment options that we have made a big difference. He listens to me and answers all my questions, which is my #1 expectation for a doctor. I’ve never felt brushed aside or rushed!

We saw Dr. Williams by CHANCE after my son suffered an asthma attack at school. Dr. Williams was very attentive, carrying, and fun. My son was able to understand what was happening and why it was happening. Not only did he talk to you as the parent but also helps your child understand what's going on so they aren't scared and they know he's going to help them. As a parent I was very grateful to have met Dr. Williams.
