He told me what to expect before he started the procedure. Afterwards I was in a lot of pain so he walked with me and held my arm to the reception room so I didnt pass out

I missed appts cause my job so I get punished I had 3 back surgery a hole in my neck breathe out my neck an they tell me without any notice they booted me from his care no median I said can he give me meds till I get another doctor cause I'm n a lot of pain do to my disability sorry have a good day how terrible to be punished like that for having a job

Dr. Shepherd is proactive in handling my pain issues. He doesn't shame me or treat me like I'm faking it exaggerating. On top of that, he has an excellent bedside manner and a great personality, plus a clear and understandable voice (important to hearing impaired people like me). In other words, he is the polar opposite of my previous pain specialist.

Dr. Shephard is very caring and willing to listen about any issues you may have. He is skilled and well educated in his field of study and is one who will take the time to explain all procedures and why plus work with any other doctors that you may have if needed. He does great work!

Dr, Shepherd is very professional and takes his time and listens and answers any questions and is very knowledgeable. All his staff is very friendly and welcoming. I would highly recommend anyone who has back issues to go to him.

I always enjoy speaking with Dr. Shepherd (as much as can be enjoyed going to the Doctor’s Office anyway). He and his staff are truly amazing and caring. They always go the extra mile for me, which is the TRUE definition of “patient care”. I recommend them to anyone dealing with chronic pain. Thank you guys for everything!!

Very professional. Always on time. Personable. Friendly staff. Never have billing issues or scheduling issues either. Way better than any other pain management office I have visited. Go here and never change doctors again.
