Over one hour late. No apology
Kenna and Mary always take the time to diagnose, explain and relay all pertinent information so you can make an educated and informed decision. It’s obvious that they care about their patients and it is greatly appreciated!!
Dr Larsen is very thorough and caring. She is also the best looking doctor I've ever had. 😁
Would give zero if I could. Referred to Dr Larsen to get a nerve test for Carpal Tunnel. Found out I was seeing her PA. Waited an hour and 40 minutes only for her to tell me I needed a nerve test and they didn’t have time to do it that day. Could it be because I waited almost 2 hours!!! She wrote a doctors note allowing me to go back to work but since it differed from what my referring doctor said I still couldn’t go back to work. After a nerve test and me scheduling again with Dr. Larsen- NOT her PA- waited only 45 minutes this time only for her to rush in - tell me test was negative- I have paresthesia in my fingers and can go back to work. No further treatment- how I can fix it- what to do next- who I can see to fix it or how I got it in the first place. Then after going back and forth with my HR dept- they said I could go back to work if she wrote a new doctors note with the information they requested which was not said or worded correctly on the previous note. Got the call back today she REFUSES to write another note because the last one should have sufficed. So now I have been out of work for almost 2 months- STILL never saw the specialist Dr. Larsen- only her PA Mary Boyette- who is the cause of all these delays and issues. She can’t take 4 minutes out of her day to write a new note that will allow me to go back to work for my livelihood. See anyone else in any other office- just wasting your time, money and copays here. Am filing complaint with state medical board against her.
Very professional courteous thoughtful gave me all the time I needed to ask every question and any concerns I had. Spend extra time explaining what has happened and what was going to be our expectations going forward with the time frame attached I appreciate so much the time though will have to spend to make us patience feeling comfortable thank you very much I would highly recommend her.
Dr. Kenna Larsen is very thorough and goes the extra mile to ensure her patients are well cared for and every problem is resolved. Her PA Mary Boyette does equally well at assisting her patients. Dr. Larson is caring, kind, respectful, and very engaging. Thanks for the great surgical and post op care!
Dr. Kenna Larsen and her entire medical staff and team were amazing! They are extremely skilled, confident, capable, experienced, and personable. I had a most positive experience with my recent carpal tunnel surgery and will be returning for a second surgery on my other hand later this year. I highly recommend them. Brenda Mudgett
I had 2 fairly severe lockingTrigger fingers. Dr. Larson was referred by my primary. And with good reason. Her exam of my hand was thorough and she explained what was wrong and treatment. Surgery was short, I have full range of motion now, no pain and no scarring. 100% 5 star in all categorical recommendations for Dr. Larson's skill and care.
Great facility! Love the staff! Dr. Larsen is very knowledgeable and caring! She gives me confidence in the diagnosis and procedure!
Dr. Larsen and her PA were able to quickly identify the problem with my hand. They explained the treatment plan and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Dr Larsen if you need a hand specialist.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
