A struggle defined his place of business I called them and told them that I was gonna be late because I was at the wrong office and they told me oh it's just down the road come on anyway will notify Dr. Beltran when I got there they took my co-pay they took my insurance card and then they told me oh Dr. Beltran decided he has a policy on lateness so he won't see you today in fact you need to go back to your referring doctor and have a consultation with him. I asked why and they just said because you were late I said when you guys told me to come anyway and I said I'm hurting my hand doesn't work my neck and they said I'm sorry you'll just have to go back to the original doctor. It was all about his ego I thought he took an oath to be a doctor to do no harm he did me harm my neck is killing me my hand isn't working I've had two surgeries and my surgeon decided it was my neck and my nerves so they sent me to the so-called wonderful specialist and he couldn't even give me the time a day didn't bother to find out why I was late he just decided no I won't see you I have never had a doctor so ill equipped to deal with patients have empathy or go by his doctor oath he still swore when he became a doctor to do no harm he did harm to me and probably to many others he's a very arrogant very self-centered person who doesn't care about anything but making his money. I definitely wouldn't recommend this person to any of my friends my family or even people I just met terrible bedside manner terrible attitude towards people I had a legitimate reason for being late I'm never late for appointments it just so happens that I couldn't find his office and for that he penalize me and tries to embarrass me and make me look like a fool not appreciative of him at all

I was able to get an appointment super quick and he totally helped me figure out if I was having shoulder are back issues. Super happy with the out come. What a personable Doctor and a hell of a friend !
