I'm not even a patient here, but they called me and left a voice mail to call them back. I've tried probably a dozen times to get back to them and they never answer the phone.

I thought this place was great at first. Finally getting a diagnosis for my son and starting therapy helped him so much. But with our schedule we had a hard time finding someone that was able to be available. Once we found someone and started his therapy he improved so much with school and home, then after an incident we lost the therapist and have now found anyone since. We've had problems with billings and getting phone calls returned and communication in general. This place is a complete disaster.

We cannot get returned phone calls and controlled medications refilled which leaves my 9 year old without medication. Their inboxes are full so you can’t leave messages, no pediatricians can call it in since they didn’t diagnose my son so we are out of luck. Absolutely ridiculous. I went into the office my self and no one was even there. This is CHILDRENS mental health and they act like they care less. Completely unprofessional and I have never seen anything like it.

Won't answer or return calls. Nearly 2 months now and we can't get a prescription submitted correctly. So we went some where else and got help within 2 days. Avoid this place if you can.

Nick is the best therapist I have ever seen. Ever. He is kind, compassionate, and you can tell that he is so passionate about his work. Being a therapist has got to be so emotionally taxing, but I have never been made to feel like he is anything but present each session. He has such out-of-the-box suggestions that actually WORK, and such a creative mindset and outlook on mental health- this is something I have never encountered in therapy! He doesn't ask you the "generic" questions, he really gets to the root of whatever you are struggling with. I truly leave each session having learned something extremely insightful and helpful. Finding a good therapist can be hard, but I can't help but feel like I hit the jackpot! If you need a therapist- I couldn't recommend Nick more.
